This is a TV we mounted over a fireplace. All the components are out of sight in the cabinet to the right. Remote control commands go through an "extender" which is cabled behind the rock, through the wall, and back inside the cabinet. The rock is beautiful:

This is the same customers den which is also wired for surround sound:

There is even internet in both locations so they can watch Netflicks movies.
